HAZE CLIENT

A Minecraft launcher engineered like an instrument — isolated instances, deduplicated storage, and both mod stores built in. Nothing between you and the game.

Every launcher copies. Every launcher tangles. Every launcher gets in the way. Haze doesn't — one copy per mod, one sealed world per instance, and a LAN party that reaches any continent.

What's inside

01

Strict multi-instancing

Every version, loader and modpack lives in its own sealed environment. Break one setup — the rest never notice.

Isolation
02

Deduplicated storage

Hard and symbolic links mean a 50 MB mod used across ten instances occupies exactly 50 MB on disk.

Storage
03

Both stores, built in

Browse, install and update from Modrinth and CurseForge inside the launcher. Full modpack import & export in both formats.

Content
04

P2P multiplayer

UPnP and NAT-PMP port mapping handled automatically — your world appears in a friend's LAN list from another continent.

Network
05

Unified identity

Microsoft, Mojang Yggdrasil, Ely.by and LittleSkin. Sign in once, switch accounts instantly, manage skins in place.

FAQ

Common questions

Is Haze Client free?

Yes. Haze Client is completely free and open source under the MIT License. The full source code is available on GitHub.

Which platforms does Haze Client support?

Haze Client runs on Windows 10 and 11, macOS, and Linux, built on a modern Electron architecture.

Does it support Forge, Fabric, Quilt and OptiFine?

Yes. Haze Client automates concurrent downloads and installation for Minecraft, Forge, Fabric, Quilt, OptiFine, and the JVM itself.

Can I import CurseForge and Modrinth modpacks?

Yes. Both stores are built directly into the launcher, and modpack import and export are fully compliant with the CurseForge and Modrinth formats.

How does P2P multiplayer work?

Haze handles UPnP and NAT-PMP port mapping automatically, so a world you open appears in your friends' LAN list even when they're on a different network — no server rental required.

How does Haze save disk space?

Shared files are hard-linked or symbolically linked across instances instead of copied — a 50 MB mod used in ten instances still occupies exactly 50 MB on disk.
